"A late afternoon online quote led to a follow up call from Derrion, a recent addition to Michael Grant's team. He called before the close of business, addressed my needs, and stayed late to ensure my new policy would be in force asap. He even worked some sort of magic (LOL) to get me better coverage for a lower rate!
